​What Would a Social Finance/Venture or “impact investment” Seeks from the Social Project? How to Do Good in the World?

Years of experience in business development and finance consultation has provided us an opportunity reviewing numerous social projects.  It provides us an opportunity perusal, verify and confirm whether we would like to accept it or we recommend it “send back” to the drawing board.
 
We would like to share with you few of traits and attributes.  One social project case is written on Forbe magazine issue Feb 2016; and other social project is our HEAG Medical Community in Ghana (“HMCG”).  They both share few similarities except our HMCG is 10 times more intricated and much challenging.
 
For social entrepreneurs, partnerships and collaborating are particularly important because most social issues don’t exist in a vacuum, and therefore he can’t be solved without the cooperation of different stakeholders.

• Is this sustainable non-profit organization?
• Would Founder/Operator have business & entrepreneur acumen?
• Would Founder/Operator is ready to scale for a social enterprise?
• Would the Founder/Operator focus on both financial return and social return?
