You are invited to support the Bangladesh Handloom Weavers Development Project (“BHWDP”) which will support directly more than 11 million weavers PLUS their families

This most challenging BHWDP can be manageable with our Matching Fund 4X Rounds, MF4X-RMMYY. Investors and/or corporations can participate in any amount.

Matching Fund 4X – MF4X-RMMYY

Investor: Private investors and/or corporations (“Investor”)

Social Impact: Each MF4X-Round will support 5000 weavers Plus their families.

Seeking Investment Amount: Each round of USD 250,000 will be 4X matching by our Sponsors and/or Investors and/or Investment Programs.

Expired date: There is No expiration date on the Matching Fund 4X. Each round is $250,000.

Duration: Each round will be completed after 7 years.

Renewable Option: Yes, but it is not required.

Your ROI #1: You will receive 8% interest rate per annum on the first 17 months. It will pay out annually.

Your ROI #2: After 18 months, you will receive 16% interest rate per annum in the next 7 years. It will pay out annually.

Principal Callable: Your principal can be recallable after 36 months any time by submitting the Letter of Request in writing. Once we confirm your Letter of Request, it will be processed and arrange the repayment within 7 to 10 international banking days. Please note if you are on the second term or longer, you can recall your principal any time with the Letter of Request in writing.

Renewable Option: We will automatically renew a next term of your investment principal; however, if you do not wish to renew a next term, please send us your Letter of Request within 90 days of its expiration date of the 7th year. It will be processed and arrange the repayment within 7 to 10 international banking days.

Bonus: At the completion of each round, each participated companies or entity will be received an open edition sculpture 40 x 26 x 4 Inches, Cast in Resin with a Bronze Patina, titled "A Sporting Chance For Peace". Learn more of this open edition sculpture

Recommended Investment Procedures

Investor will email us the Letter of Interest
DAJK will acknowledge and schedule a tel-cc with the Investor for further clarifications
If the Investor decides to proceed further, DAJK will provide the Client Information Sheet to the Investor. The Investor will fill-out and return us the Client Information Sheet
DAJK will provide the draft Investment Agreement & NCND (“Agreement”) to Investor
Investor will sign, notarize and return if the Agreement is acceptable
DAJK will notify the Investor when the new round is open for investment
Investor will arrange the bank wiring to our designated bank account within 24 hours. DAJK will confirm when funds are registered into our bank account. Please note this date will be marked as the first date of the first term.

Referral/Business Opportunity

Your referral will be compensated USD 1,000 per successful invested investor. Please register with us your referral contacts so that we can credit to you correctly and accurately.
